Q:  How long will I get my order?

A:  Your IKOO is individually handmade and assembled.  Depending on order backlogs, you should get it in about 4 to 6 weeks.

Q:  Will my credit card be charged immediately for my order?

A:  No.  Only 5% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit.  The balance will be due only when your IKOO is ready for delivery.

Q:  What if I decided to cancel my order when it is still being built?

A:  You will lose only your deposit and there will be no further obligations.

Q:  Why are some of the upgrades not longer free?

A:  Free upgrades will be chargeable when the promotional period is over.

Q:  Why are the shipping charges different from the last time I visited?

A:  The shipping charges will change when the promotional period is over.

Q:  Do I need to pay Sales Tax?

A:  This web store is operated separately and independently from IKOO (Ikoo.us).  Please note that orders are billed and fulfilled via IKOODIRECT.COM located in Oregon. No sales taxes will be collected.
